National Cherry Popover Day - Now this is new. I’ve heard of general popovers which are basically made of egg batter which then ”popover” when baked in tins or ramekins. I wonder why it’s cherry popover day? I think we should play the guessing game (cue Jeopardy music). Is it because it’s the end of summer and depending on whether or not your cherry tree produced any cherries this summer, you probably have loads leftover? DING DING DING!
