During lunch last week, I went shopping with a co-worker. She ended up buying a pair of cute slouchy suede knee-high boots on clearance. I had my eye on brown ones, but the store didn’t carry my size. I’m used to this since I am cursed with Cinderella-sized feet – women’s 5!
That’s why oftentimes it pays for me to shop online. Not only can I see right away if they have my size in stock, but there are lots of offers that you would be hard-pressed to find in the stores.
I invite you to shop at Shoes.com with me. Let’s see what treasures we can uncover. I’m sure it won’t take long at all. And don’t forget to bring along your Shoes.com coupons until October 6 for:
- $20 off Orders of $100 or More
- $50 off Orders of $200 or More
Fashion-magazine editors are always giving you their seasonal picks. So I took their lead and will do the same. Here are Atomica’s Hot Picks for Fall/Winter 2008. Take note, Vogue.

- Volatile London - Command the sidewalk when you’re wearing punk lace-up boots that growl individuality
- Born Biddy - What’s hotter than chili-pepper colored ankle shooties? Nothing, that’s what!
- Kenneth Cole Reaction Bard Tender - Pull-on boots with a slouchy shaft is laid-back chic at its best
Dress up your feet for any occasion, and do it for less when you shop at Shoes.com and make every step you take a fashionable one.

Some of my fondest childhood memories are from dressing up and collecting candy on Hallowe’en. I still remember once my friend and I said, “Trick or treat!” and the old man who came to the door said, “Trick!” and then asked us to sing him a song for the candy. We didn’t quite want the gumballs that badly.
And there’s always one neighbor who goes all out with the decorations – eerie tombstones, dry ice, ghoul lights, menacing skulls, witches’ cauldrons, and evil pumpkins. They also dressed up as blood-thirsty vampires, awakened mummies, and dark wolves. Oh how I loved them and the full-size chocolate bars they gave out!
Hallowe’en is one of the best holidays where you can be silly and have lots of fun. Use the free Costume SuperCenter coupons to get everything you need to make the occasion amazing. You’ll get an extra 15% off costumes of $35 or more until October 5!
Whether you’re shopping for the little ones or you’re getting something for a Monster Mash you’ll be attending, Costume SuperCenter is the place to go. They have hundreds of costumes available, so you can dress up as everything from a traditional nun to a sexy belly dancer:

September 22nd - It was this day in history in 1903 that Italo Marchiony was granted a patent for the ice-cream cone. I was spoiled with waffle cones as a child. So, now I ONLY like waffle cones, not those other colorless, thin cardboard-tasting cones. Okay, I’m lying, I wasn’t just spoiled…I was spoiled rotten! My mother didn’t just buy any old pack of waffle cones, she made them. That’s right, and my brother and I loooove cinnamon, so she’d add extra cinnamon to the batter. Hey, you shouldn’t miss out on the delectable taste of cold vanilla ice cream in a freshly baked cinnamon waffle cone. So, as a tribute to my mom’s greatness, head over to Cooking.com and use our free Cooking.com coupons to save 10% on a waffle cone baker.

Redeem our exclusive Wolfgangs Vault coupons for 10% off all Elton John merchandise today!

Business Women’s Day – Today’s holiday celebrates the contributions of the modern day business woman in a predominantly male driven industry. I can’t say that every single businessman particularly likes this scenario, because at times, a woman can outshine a man making him feel inadequate. I’m in no way bashing the businessman at all. However, I think it is fantastic that there is a day to highlight the accomplishments of women and their activities outside the home. When I think of my ideal business woman, I think of Samantha Jones from Sex and the City. Other than the fact that it was my favorite TV show, the character of Samantha Jones showed the men in her field who was boss. She worked hard for what she wanted and never saw herself as a woman and the other as “men.” She saw everyone as equal business people working for the same thing, and if gender came up once she was sure to inform everyone! I also enjoyed Samantha Jones’ businesswear. She was sleek, professional and still showed some style! Get this look by checking out Smart Bargains. Get your hands on Smart Bargains coupons and save 10% on discount Anne Klein and Jones New York suits and blazers, shoes and accessories.
Dear Diary Day – Dear Diary…I remember my diaries. The things I wrote were so foolish, yet hilarious to look back on today. As I got older, I stopped writing in my diary because I started writing about more important things and real topics I would learn about in school. Recently, I did buy a journal and I have yet to write two words in it (Dear Diary). I’m a little hesitant. I haven’t written about myself or my thoughts in years and I’m sort of worried of what would come out if I tried. Writing in your journal is almost like talking to your best friend, except you would probably say more in your diary than you tell your best friend. I know I did and I guess it felt great at the end of the day to have everything off my chest and onto paper (that’s also why I was probably less stressed back then). Today, I encourage you to take the first step with me and start writing in a journal. I promise I’ll do it with you! First, you need to get yourself a new diary. Head over to Expressionery.com and pick up a few things for yourself or for a special someone you think needs a diary. Save 20% on personalized or monogrammed journals, stationery and more when you use Expressionery.com coupons.
