Sunday School Teacher Appreciation Day - I went to Sunday school when I was in the 8th grade, and it was then a requirement to graduate to go onto high school. When my school started going, everyone was so nervous and dreading the thought of really mean Sunday school teachers that you’d normally see in movies. To our surprise, times had definitely changed and my class had the best Sunday school teacher. She was young, hip and modern and cut us some slack for not doing the readings. We’d still talk about the topics of the week; however, she’d always make it more understandable and explained it in real life scenarios that we would understand.
