No Comments »Chaos Never Dies Day - Don’t I know it and I’m sure you do too. Chaos is one of life’s most precious gifts we’re given to keep ourselves busier than we already are. No matter how organized you are, chaos is still going to find you. I’m telling you! It’s everywhere. Since I have loads of time on my hands, I’ve learned to control or limit the chaos as much as I possibly can. A chaotic day for me would start off if I slept in a minute longer. This throws off my whole schedule and from that point on, my day consists of one chaotic thing after another. The funny part is that I usually function best (or so I think I do) under pressure, yet I hate chaos. For this reason, I usually avoid chaotic places and know the least chaotic times to go to certain places (e.g. the grocery store, gas station or shopping mall). If you’re like me and live for avoiding chaos, then check out Orbitz to really escape the stress! Save an additional 10% on discounted hotel stays in the Caribbean, Myrtle Beach or Florida when you use Orbitz coupons.
Pursuit of Happiness Week (8-14) - Now, I bet you find this sort of interesting. We’re acknowledging the stress in our lives in the previous holiday and we’re supposed to be happy this week? Well, you might think too much is being asked of you; however, you can’t turn down a holiday like this if you tried! Pursuit of Happiness Week is about doing everything that is most important to you and ultimately seeking happiness. As it is stated in the Declaration of Independence, all people are given unalienable rights, one of them being the pursuit of happiness. Perhaps you haven’t had time to really pursue anything that made you happy and were just going with the flow of things. Well, we can all get in this rut especially if our lives consist of the theme in today’s first holiday. So on Pursuit of Happiness Week, do everything in your power to do one thing a day that makes you happy or brings you one step closer to your goals. If you need any help, check out Franklin Covey. Save $10 on Franklin Covey planners, organizers, business and self help books on orders of $55 or more when you use Franklin Covey coupons.
